Jefferson Regional in South Arkansas has a job opening for a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Hospitalist team. We proudly serve an 11-county region with a service population of approximately 200,000 people. Seeking a PA to work in a night shift position with their well-established hospitalist group.

Primary Role
- Admitting Patients -involved in the initial assessment and admission of patients to the hospital.
- Co-managing Patient Populations: share the responsibility of managing specific patient groups with other healthcare professionals, including physicians.
- Independent Practice:managing patients under the guidance of a collaborating physician
- Observation Units: management of patients in observation units.
- Discharge Planning: ensuring a smooth transition back to outpatient care.
